Trauma and the Pandemic
I saw a friend share a post about signs of trauma during the pandemic, and wanted to reflect on what I read in more detail than Facebook tends to encourage.

COVID-19
I'm struggling to express how I'm feeling about this one, but I feel like it needs to be expressed, so I'm going to try.

GC Dungeons and Dragons: Pangea Part 27: Interlude with the Mimic
In which the fight between Wretch and the Mimic is described from a surprising point of view.
This post was written by the wonderful Aproustian. I wanted to post it separate so she could get appropriate appreciation. Thank you for this, it is fantastic.

GC Dungeons and Dragons: Pangea Part 25; Catching Up, Part 1
In which I catch up several weeks worth of sessions. I've been sick and dealing with some depression, so the motivation and energy for writing has been a bit hard to find lately. However, for the past few sessions aproustian has been able to join me, and we have been having a lot of fun.
Last writeup we had escaped from a Black Dragon with the timely intervention of aproustian's teleportation wizard Vivi, although Sy had "died" due to insulting a dragon at close range and Fei had very much died when she summoned a mountainside to collide with her and the dragon, which bought us the time to escape. The party then met two new characters, Trick and Wretch, who had been summoned by the gods after us to try again to kill the beholders. We had been very effective in that regard so far, obviously.

GC Dungeons and Dragons: Pangea Part 23: An Outside Perspective
When we last left our heroes, they had found an underground city full of petrified ratfolk on their journey to defeat the intelligent red ooze destroying the forest. The single survivor of the ratfolk began to lead them to the ooze's location, but the party was sidetracked by the mention of treasure guarded by beholders.
Note: This will be a compilation of three sessions. I missed the first and third of them, so this should be interesting.
I was inspired for the format by this amazing piece of fiction by Premee Mohammed, "More Tomorrow" http://escapepod.org/2020/01/02/escape-pod-713-more-tomorrow/

New Year's Update
It has been a month and a half since I last wrote an update here, so I thought I should take a few moments and write up what's been going on.
